Team Standards

Our standards are set high both on and off the field.

These expectations apply to every player and family in our organization — 10U, 12U, 14U — regardless of age group.

Off The Field

Schedules will be provided as early as possible so families can communicate conflicts ahead of time.

Moving forward, we require at least a 1-week notice for missed practices or games unless there is an illness, injury, or family emergency. This helps us properly plan practices, prepare for games, and make roster adjustments if needed.

We fully support multi-sport athletes and encourage players to compete in other sports. However, missed practices, missed games, or repeated tardiness without communication or extra work outside of team activities may impact opportunities and playing time.

On The Field

Players are expected to:

Hustle on and off the field

Maintain a positive attitude

Be supportive teammates

Give maximum focus, attitude, and effort

If these standards are not being met, there will be one conversation with both player and parent as a final warning. Regardless of skill level, every player will be held to the same standard. If expectations continue not to be met, we may respectfully part ways.

Our Why

Why we hold this line

I've had the opportunity to play this game at one of the highest levels and experience success, and I can honestly say it wasn't talent alone that got me there. The standards, accountability, discipline, attitude, effort, and respect I was taught throughout my career played a huge role in my success.

These aren't just 10U, 12U, or 14U expectations — these standards apply at every level of the game, from youth softball all the way to college and professional athletics.

As our organization continues to grow, more families and players are reaching out wanting to join our program because of the culture and standards we are building. There are athletes and families who already meet these expectations and are eager for the opportunity to be part of what we are creating. We owe it to every committed player to protect that standard.

Our coaches dedicate countless unpaid hours to helping players grow. In return, we simply ask for effort, accountability, respect, attention, and a willingness to be coached.
