Note: Neither head coach is the organizational contact for non-coaching matters. Coaching inquiries (tryout feedback, development questions) are handled at the field during or after practice. All org inquiries go through the Co-Directors.
Texas Venom competes in the 10U select division. Tryouts are coordinated by the Co-Directors and evaluated exclusively by Head Coach Chris Balcom. Families are encouraged to reach out early — roster spots are limited and the tryout process is selective.
Texas Venom is actively recruiting assistant coaches. If you have a strong technical background in softball and want to be part of a professionally run program where you coach and nothing else, we want to talk.
