All official documents are prepared and maintained by Co-Director the Co-Directors and reviewed by the Board. Documents marked Confidential are for internal distribution and should not be shared externally without Co-Director approval.
The Bylaws are the governing authority. In any conflict between other documents and the Bylaws, the Bylaws control. Questions about any document should be directed to the Co-Directors.
