The platform

What RallyIQ Does

RallyIQ is a single-platform coaching and operations tool that replaces the dozen different apps a softball coach typically juggles — practice planning in a notes app, stats in a spreadsheet, parent communication in three group chats, tournament schedules in email threads. Everything in one place, AI-assisted, built specifically for select and travel softball.

Texas Venom uses it internally. Every practice plan Coach Balcom and staff run, every tournament itinerary the Co-Directors send families, every GameChanger stat import after a game — all of it flows through RallyIQ. The org is the proof of concept. When it works here, it gets licensed to other orgs.

Six Coaching Modes

The AI knows the difference between what a head coach needs at 6 AM before practice and what a team parent needs at 10 PM drafting the BAND post. Each mode gets a distinct context and output format.

RallyIQ is a SaaS product licensed to other orgs. Texas Venom uses it free as the proof-of-concept org. Revenue flows to NAI and funds the nonprofit mission.

The technology the org built to run itself becomes the funding engine that makes family dues unnecessary.

NCS Roster Monitor

A separate automated tool that scrapes playNCS.com for 10U Central Texas roster changes and alerts when competitor team rosters shift — new signees, departures, transfers. Built on Python + GitHub Actions.

What it tracks

10U Central Texas team roster changes across all NCS-registered programs in the region.

How it alerts

Automated GitHub Actions workflow runs on schedule. Diffs are logged and flagged when a player's status changes.

Why it matters

Roster departures from competitor teams are your tryout pipeline. Know when a girl is looking before she posts publicly.

RallyIQ is not a side project. It is one of four pillars in the NAI ecosystem. The org runs on it, which proves the product works. The product gets licensed, which funds the org. Coaches coach better because the platform handles everything else. Families get more for less because the platform generates revenue that offsets their costs. Every part of this is intentional.
