Your dollars lower what families pay, fund tournament travel, and help us build a program Leander athletes can compete in for years to come.
2025 Booster Campaign Active • Goal: $1,000 • 42% Raised • Every Dollar Goes to Athletes
Most select softball programs are funded entirely by family dues — which means the only kids who compete are the ones whose families can absorb the full cost. We don't think talent and household income should be the same variable.
Fundraising at Texas Venom has one primary goal: reduce what families pay. Every dollar raised against our season target offsets dues, funds tournament travel, and keeps the org stable so we're here next season and the season after that.
This isn't a general fund. We publish our allocation model at the start of every season and report against it quarterly. You know exactly where your money goes.
Allocation approved by the Board of Directors at the January meeting each season. Adjustments require a Category I board vote.
Local and corporate sponsors are the single largest revenue driver for the organization. Four tiers available — jersey logo placement, social features, digital presence, and more.
Sponsors who commit before tryouts earn their tier for the remainder of this season AND all of next season. First movers get maximum exposure at minimum commitment.
Governance transparency: All sponsorship agreements over $500 are approved by a Category II board vote. All fundraising revenue is held in the operational account managed by Co-Director Cargill. The Fundraising Coordinator raises it, Operations holds it, the Board authorizes major commitments. Quarterly impact reports are distributed to all Board Members and donors who give $50 or more.
